The PRS is a Government authorised consumer redress scheme established in 2014. The Property Redress Scheme offers an unbiased service addressing diverse property-related concerns.

All Property Agents engaged in Estate, Lettings, Property management and 

Landlords are mandated by law to be part of a redress scheme.

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
primary role is to safeguard information rights in the public interest. The ICO functions as the independent authority in the UK dedicated to upholding these rights.
