The PRS is a Government authorised consumer redress scheme established in 2014. The Property Redress Scheme offers an unbiased service addressing diverse property-related concerns.
All Property Agents engaged in Estate, Lettings, Property management and
Landlords are mandated by law to be part of a redress scheme.

Information Commissioner’s Office
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
